Built on a

Growing
around it.

Kevin didn’t start behind a desk.

He started on job sites — learning how exterior work is actually done, what cuts corners look like, and what doesn’t last a Calgary winter. Eleven years of that before Tropical Developments had a name.

He made the move and stayed.

Six years building in Calgary means six winters, six springs where the frost heaves test every footing, and six summers where every deck and patio either holds up or doesn’t. Kevin knows this city’s climate the way it shows up in the work.

Calgary needed somebody who’d do it right. Kevin showed up.
